Legendary Kenyan rapper Prezzo has finally spoken after fainting on the red carpet during the launch of Bahati’s new reality TV show 'The Bahati’s Empire.'
In a statement on Friday through his Instagram, he assured his fans that he was doing well despite the incident.
"Contrary to the news going around on social media about my health and red carpet incident last night, I’d like to let everyone know that I am well and kumbukeni sio rahisi kuwa Rais (Been overworking myself hence the fatigue)," he said.
He extended his gratitude and thanked all those who had reached out to him.
Prezzo, however, noted that he was taking some time to relax and spend time with his family.
He further congratulated Bahati for the launch of their new Reality TV show on Netflix.
"Congrats to Bahati Empire for the good job. Last but not least a big thank you to his Excellency Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for the Accolades and for supporting an industry that we created with blood, sweat and tears," he said.
Prezzo extended love to his fans as well.
"The future is bright for the industry as a whole. Blessed weekend and kama kawa….Nawapenda Wo!" the Legendary Kenyan Musician said.
On June 6, Prezzo fainted during an interview and was quickly assisted by people who were close to him.
He took some rest before he later other celebrities at the launch of Bahati’s new Reality Tv show.
