Instant noodles have become one of the most popular foods amongst campus students as it is fast and easy to prepare.

The same old routine of boiling water and dumping it in the noodles to cook can become boring and monotonous sometimes. How about we spice with this recipe?

Recipe 1

How to cook noodles with egg

There are several ways to add eggs to noodles. You could just boil the eggs and use them for topping or you could do something else using the ingredients listed below.

2 Fresh tomatoes

sliced Onions

Fresh pepper

Eggs

50ml vegetable oil

Here is my first and most popular noodles recipe, the way it serves best for breakfast.

I make this recipe with two super packs, two eggs, half a cup of sliced onions 3 medium-sized fresh tomatoes, and fresh pepper to taste.

The process is very simple.

Step 1:Place the noodles in a bowl and pour boiled water into it, allowing for about five minutes to get soft.

Step 2:Set your frying pan on the heat, add sliced tomatoes, onions, and fresh pepper, and fry for about five minutes as well.

Drain water from the noodles after 4 minutes, and add the following spices while still in the bowl, the noodles will be both soft and hot.

Step 3:Break the two eggs into the same bowl containing the noodles and stir together, then transfer to the frying pan.

The frying pan contains the fried tomatoes onions and peppers, cook and stir for about five minutes, and you are done.

Serve with cold soft drinks.

Recipe 2

ingredients

A packet of noodles

Water

Seasoning sachet(s)

Optional: Vegetables, eggs, or protein of your choice for added flavour and nutrition

Start by boiling enough water in a pot. The amount of water you need depends on the number of noodle packets you’re preparing.

Add the Indomie noodles to the pot.   Allow the noodles to cook for about 2-3 minutes. Use a fork to gently stir the noodles occasionally to prevent them from sticking together.

After the noodles have softened but are still slightly firm carefully pour the contents of the pot through a strainer to drain the water. Be cautious, as the water can be hot.

Transfer the drained noodles back to the pot. Open the Indomie seasoning sachet(s) that came with the packet and pour the contents over the noodles. You can adjust the number of seasoning sachets based on your preference for flavour intensity.

Using a fork mix the seasoning thoroughly with the noodles until the flavours are well combined.

Optional Additions: If you want to enhance your noodles, you can add cooked vegetables, scrambled eggs, or cooked protein such as chicken. These additions not only add flavour but also make the dish more nutritious.

Once everything is mixed and heated through, your noodles are ready to be served. You can enjoy them straight from the pot or transfer them to a bowl or plate.

For an extra touch, you can garnish your noodles with chopped green onions, coriander, or a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
