The dish bursts with flavour in your mouth, the thick ground beef filling is so creamy.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 buns/ bread rolls
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of spices
- 1 green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1¼ cup of Mushroom soup/ broth/water
- 1-2 cups cheddar cheese grated
To make beef sandwiches, preheat 2 tablespoons of oil inside the pan. Then, add 1lb of ground beef and 1 small chopped onion, and sauté for 7-10 minutes over medium-high heat until brown.
Season with your spice of choice for extra flavour.
Add chopped bell pepper and 1 minced garlic then cook for 3 minutes.
Add 11/4 cup of cream of mushroom soup then season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. Brown the inside of your bun or bread rolls then add the cheesy beef mixture.
