First, try “a sugar scrub” and then moisturize.
A lip balm creates a smooth base for the lippy, but let it soak before you apply the lipstick.
Avoid colour bleeds by getting a liner that matches your lippy.
However, don’t overdo it, or use an oil-based liner.
Go matte, A matte formula is less likely to smudge, then dab on a tissue to reduce the excess colour and oil in your lips.
Press a piece of tissue between your lips to help the colour last.
