Salasya said he will launch his bid under a new political movement that is yet to be named, but promised to break away from 'traditional politics driven by tribal alliances and money'.

"Today, I embark on my ambitious countrywide tour to galvanise Kenya’s youth. At Ogalo in Busia County, marks a pivotal moment in my grassroots mobilisation strategy, rallying young Kenyans under a bold vision of transformative leadership and economic empowerment,” he said.
