Opposition Chief Raila Odinga has called for another rally in Nairobi on Sunday as his campaign against President William Ruto's government gathers more momentum.

The Azimio La Umoja One Kenya leader has announced that the rally to be held at Jakaranda grounds will be part of his build-up for his push back against Ruto's government.

Raila could on Sunday announce a countrywide boycott of strategic services provided by the government and other products associated with firms owned by the president's allies.

After the 2017 polls, Raila targeted some services and products that were associated with Former President Uhuru Kenyatta's family and allies.

On Monday, Raila who held a major rally at Kamukunji grounds insisted that he is ready to die fighting for what he termed as his stolen presidential victory.

"On Sunday we will hold a rally at Jakaranda, we have a right to speak to Kenyans, but if they want to jail us, we are even ready," Raila said.

The opposition leader insisted that he does not fear any action that the government has following his plans to hold political rallies across the country.

The opposition is said to have planned to hold a rally every week in Nairobi in the next one month before moving to other strategic stronghold towns across the country.

On Tuesday Makadara MP George Aladwa said the opposition coalition will push with its plans to fight for justice after 'stolen victory'.

"The next few weeks will be decisive for the country, we shall not turn back," he told the Star.

"We shall hold rallies in every corner of this country."

The opposition rallies are expected to raise political temperatures months after the country's divisive presidential election.

President Ruto has warned that he will not be blackmailed by the opposition to succumb to what he termed as a push for a handshake.
