Inspector General of Police Japhet Koome on Friday presided over the rehearsal for Recruits Passing Out Parade at National Police College-Main Campus, Kiganjo.
This is Koome's first Parade as the IG.
President William Ruto will on January 10 Preside over the Passing Out Parade.
