Over 3,300 students graduated from the Kenya Methodist University during its 15th graduation ceremony at its main campus in Meru on Saturday.
Speaking at the ceremony deputy president William Ruto who was the guest of honour told the graduates that they are equipped to make a difference in whatever they do wherever they go and they should desire to leave a mark in their profession.
Others who addressed the graduands were KeMU Chancellor Joseph Ntombura and Vice Chancellor Kirimi Kiriamiti.
Among the latest KeMU Alumni was Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko who challenged the young people to embrace education and study hard as a sign of appreciating the hard work done by their parents in paying for their school fees.
The ceremony was also attended by guests among them Meru Senator Kiraitu Murungi, Women Rep Florence Kajuju and North Imenti MP Rahim Dawood who also graduated from the university last year.
