SIX Garissa University College students admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital yesterday received crutches and a wheelchair.

They were donated by the Presbyterian Church of East Africa.

Speaking while handing over the donations at the hospital, former PCEA moderator Rev David Gathanju urged the victims to forgive the attackers.

“Forgive them and move on with your heads held up high,” he said.

The six are Ben Mwiti, Anderson Owalla, James Muthengi, Mercy Chepkorir, Catherine Melita and Rachel Munjiru.

They were attacked during an al Shabaab raid at the university on April 2.

Some 148 people were killed and 79 others injured.

Out of those killed, 142 were students.
