Nature of cases EACC picked up for investigation

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) received a total of 4,183 reports during the Financial Year 2024/2025.

The EACC recommended 1,846 for investigation.

The reports are predominantly focused on Bribery, which accounts for the largest share at 36.8 per cent.

The second most common nature of cases is Embezzlement/Misappropriation of public funds at 18.7 per cent.

Unethical Conduct makes up 13.4 per cent of the reports received.
