

A survey by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Africa Talent Trends 2025) shows varying levels of workplace satisfaction globally and in Africa.
Globally, 37 per cent of respondents said they were satisfied with their workplaces, while 9 per cent were very satisfied.
About 26 per cent were neutral, 21 per cent not very satisfied, and 7 per cent not at all satisfied.
In Africa, 32 per cent reported being satisfied, and 8 per cent very satisfied.
Meanwhile, 21 per cent were neutral, 30 per cent not very satisfied, and 9 per cent not at all satisfied, reflecting slightly lower workplace satisfaction levels compared to the global average.
