Housing and Urban Development followed with Sh70.67 billion, signalling efforts to address urban growth and affordable housing.
Economic Planning and the National Treasury allocated Sh36.74 billion and Sh35.29 billion, respectively, supporting strategic initiatives and fiscal management.
Transport received Sh26.64 billion, complementing road investments, while Agriculture was close behind at Sh26.47 billion, underscoring its role in food security and rural development.
Energy and Water & Sanitation received Sh24.53 billion and Sh22.68 billion, vital for expanding access and sustainability. Medical Services and Irrigation rounded out the top ten with Sh22.07 billion and Sh21.86 billion, highlighting priorities in health and climate-resilient agriculture.
