What lowest earning lecturer will get under new CBA
University lecturers have submitted a fresh pay demand under the new CBA.
If approved, the lowest-paid lecturer will earn a basic salary of Sh86,594.
The highest-paid professor will take home Sh580,144 at full implementation
UASU wants the Salaries and Remuneration Commission to include the proposal in the 2025-26 budget.
