Three KPR officers killed during bandits raid in Igembe central

Three Kenya Police Reservists were shot dead at Kalua in Igembe Central by suspected Turkana bandits.

Four others sustained bullet injuries.

The attack happened on Wednesday during an evening ambush.

OCPD confirmed that the

attack took place

along the border between Igembe Central

and Isiolo North.

"It is alleged Turkana criminals invaded and suddenly attacked and a shootout broke. We have lost three of our KPR officers. We are following up the criminals," Rashid said.
