RIVALS OF A legislator from Rift Valley
have reportedly been celebrating ever
since the MP's name was featured in a fraudulent scheme involving fake employment letters. To the rival politicians, the scandal is supposedly manna from heaven, as the legislator had incredible ratings. It is,
however, understood that conmen might
have allegedly used the MP’s name to mint
millions of shillings without his knowledge.
Only time will tell whether the purported
scandal will be a blessing in disguise for
those seeking to replace the lawmaker in
2027.

A TYCOON FROM a European country
has reportedly taken over the estranged
wife of a top politico. The businessman

following their newfound bliss. The politician separated from the wife over a year
ago but is said to be deeply stressed and
has purportedly already sent emissaries
asking for a second chance.

A LAWMAKER AND employees of the
NG-CDF from a constituency in Nyanza are
allegedly in panic mode after they learnt
that anti-graft detectives have launched
investigations into alleged massive loss
of funds from the local bursary kitty. The
detectives swung into action following
complaints from members of the bursary
committee, who said the kitty had become
the nerve centre of corruption where
ghost names and fake documents are
reportedly used to steal public funds. The
members allege that beneficiaries of the
allocations are never in the approved list of
applicants.

A SENIOR DETECTIVE heading one of
the controversy-ridden units allegedly
accused of being behind the recent abductions is said to be desperately knocking on
the doors of all high-profile offices seeking
to be retained in office on contract. The
man, said to run the office like personal
property and claiming to receive instructions from a top address, was supposed to
have proceeded on leave in March pending
his retirement in June. But he has reportedly declined to leave office. The officer
has now supposedly sent emissaries to a
senior officer with fat cash offers should he
be retained in service.
