A senior politico heading one of the critical state institutions has shocked government functionaries after allegedly buying a top-end car rivalling that of the President himself. The multimillion-shilling posh vehicle was delivered last week as officials at the institution are forced to use their own cash for foreign travels and seek refunds later due to what management attributes to a cash crunch.
