The proverbial final nail on the coffin finally landed on the BBI on Thursday.
This is after the BBI appeal was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of Kenya.
However, a number of appeals were upheld by the Supreme Court even though that was not enough to bring the BBI back to life.
Though President Uhuru Kenyatta won an appeal against being sued while still in office, the court fingered him for involvement in the BBI.
The Court of Appeal and the High Court had declared the BBI unconstitutional null and void.
