One crucial operating cost is communication. A business operator needs to stay in touch with clients, pitching to potential customers, advertising, and accessing the internet to enhance business.
Most micro-business owners prefer to conduct such communication on their mobile phones.
They spend on airtime. They send text messages. They use data to say relevant to potential and existing customers through Internet-enabled platforms such as Whatsapp, Telegram, and the social media spaces of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
This all costs money.
Enter FLEX, a new and innovative product catering for entrepreneurs and every other Kenyan who needs to get the most value for their money. It is estimated that there will be a 35% cost saving for the average Safaricom customer.
