The vacancies, advertised by the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration, Finance and Planning), include eight academic positions and five administrative categories.
Under the administrative section, the university is seeking to recruit one Medical Officer at Grade RU 12 under reference number RU/AFP/1/07/26.
It is also recruiting one Assistant Pharmaceutical Technologist I at Grade RU 8 (Reference RU/AFP/02/07/26), two Technicians II at Grade RU 7 (Reference RU/AFP/03/07/26), five Administrative Assistants II at Grade RU 7 (Reference RU/AFP/04/07/26) and five Clerical Officers II at Grade RU 5 (Reference RU/AFP/05/07/26).
In the academic division, the university has advertised one position for a Senior Lecturer in Nursing at Grade RU 13 under reference number RU/ASA/01/07/26.
It is also seeking to fill seven Lecturer positions, each with one vacancy at Grade RU 12, in the following disciplines:
- Physical Education – Reference RU/ASA/02/07/26
- Performing Arts – Reference RU/ASA/03/07/26
- Mining – Reference RU/ASA/04/07/26
- Artificial Intelligence and Data Science – Reference RU/ASA/05/07/26
- Broadcast Media – Reference RU/ASA/06/07/26
- Special Needs Education (Hearing Impairment) – Reference RU/ASA/07/07/26
- Technology Education/Computer Studies (Re-advertisement) – Reference RU/ASA/08/07/26
Interested applicants are required to submit 10 copies of their application documents, including an application letter, an updated Curriculum Vitae, copies of all academic and professional certificates, transcripts, testimonials, work experience documents and any other relevant credentials.
The university said applicants must clearly indicate the reference number of the position they are applying for on both the application letter and the envelope.
