Preferred position of ODM regarding the 2027 Presidential election

A Tifa report released on May 14, 2026, details ODM supporters' preferred stances for the 2027 presidential election.

The largest segment, at 32%, favours choosing and supporting a current ODM leader as the candidate.

Meanwhile, 28% prefer supporting no one, leaving ODM voters to make their own choices.

Another 21% want to help choose and support another Azimio-Opposition leader.

Two options tie at 8% each: supporting President Ruto’s re-election unconditionally, and supporting him only if he joins ODM while UDA/Kenya Kwanza lacks a candidate. Finally, 5% hold no opinion.
