Mlynar paid him a courtesy farewell call at his residence.
He is concluding his tenure in Nairobi, having served since December 2022.
In a recent event with Foreign Affairs Principal Secretary, Mlynár commended the sustained efforts of President William Ruto as a global champion for sustainable development, particularly through crucial agendas like adequate and affordable housing, climate change, and United Nations (UN) reforms.
