Kenya vs Seychelles
Kenya’s Harambee Stars are back in action today against Seychelles, even after the dream of playing at the 2026 World Cup suffered a heavy blow last week after a 3-1 defeat to Gambia left the Stars with an uphill task in the qualifiers.

With just three fixtures left to play, the Stars still have a chance to redeem themselves and finish the campaign on a positive note.

Their next outing at the Moi International Sports Complex offers an ideal opportunity to bounce back, as they face Seychelles—the lowest-ranked side in the group.

The island nation has endured a torrid qualifying run, losing every match so far while holding the worst defensive record in Africa. The Pirates have conceded more goals than any other team, including eight more than Djibouti, who sit just above them.

Their motivation now is simply to salvage pride and avoid finishing empty-handed.
