The move is intended to enhance Kenya’s diplomatic performance and service delivery in line with the administration’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

Ruto to meet Nairobi MCAs
President William Ruto will meet Nairobi MCAs amid growing calls to impeach Governor Johnson Sakaja.
Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga have already held separate meetings with ward representatives from their respective parties in efforts to save Sakaja.
MCAs have criticised Sakaja over poor waste management, deteriorating infrastructure, and stalled development projects across wards.
Basic services such as garbage collection and public transport are said to be in disarray, reflecting deeper governance challenges.
Ward representatives also claim that several pledges made during the 2022 campaigns—particularly bursary allocations and Ward Development Fund (WDF) disbursements—have not been fulfilled.
