“We commiserate with Peter Masara, MP for Suna West, for the
loss of his beloved son Hillary,” ODM said.
In a statement on X, the party expressed their prayers towards
the family during this difficult time as they are mourning their child.
“We pray for Mheshimiwa and his family to have God’s grace,
strength, and fortitude in this difficult time of grief," ODM stated
“May the soul of Hillary RIP,” the party added.
Masara shared a sorrowful message on his Facebook page
expressing the loss of his son.
“Some wounds bleed silently, and some scars scream louder than open pain,” Masara said.
Kenyans have shared their condolences messages to the family in the comment section of his post.
"Having walked a similar road earlier this year after losing my sister’s son, I understand how deep and heavy this kind of pain is," a comment read.
"This is a sorrow too great, and I truly feel for Masara and his entire family during this very difficult moment," another stated.
"May God comfort you, strengthen you, and give you peace that surpasses all understanding,".
