President William Ruto on Tuesday hosted Police FC and Police Bullets for a
breakfast meeting at State House, Nairobi, on June 24, 2025.
The event was held to congratulate and applaud the officers for their victories in the FKF Premier League and FKF Women’s Premier League.
“The Kenya Police are our sporting powerhouse,
producing not only gifted footballers but also skillful athletes and consummate
volleyballers,” he noted.
"Congratulations to Kenya Police FC and Kenya Police Bullets for their fitting victories in the FKF Premier League and the FKF Women’s Premier League.”
President Ruto also lauded the teams for their selfless determination, zeal, and patriotism, noting that despite the demanding nature of police work, the officers continue to excel both in their duties and in sports.
“We are proud of their contribution to our sports, and more importantly, to securing our country,” he said.
He assured his support to the police as the source of the nation’s stability.
“We
will stand by our police and support them, for they are the source of Kenya’s
stability and progress.”
