The Department of Public Works has 328 opportunities for the
positions of Architect 16 positions, Landscape Architect II five positions, Architectural
Assistant III 15 positions, Inspector (Buildings) 10 positions, Engineer II
(Electrical)28 positions, and Inspector (Electrical) BS 21 positions.
The department also needs an Inspector (Electronics), ten
positions, an Engineer II (Mechanical) BS 25 positions, Inspector (Mechanical) BS
15 positions, Fire Officer II four positions, an Inspector II (Fire Services) ten
positions, Quantity Surveyor II 27positions, and Quantity Surveyor Assistant III
20 positions.
In the same department 28 Engineer II (Structural) are
needed, Structural Assistant III 18positions, Designer II 12 positions, Design
Assistant III six positions, Research Officer two positions, Chief Building
Inspection & Audit Officer five positions, Senior Building Safety, Testing
& Quality Assurance Officer three positions, and two positions for Enforcement Officer.
The department of sports, on the other hand, has 12
opportunities for Sports Registrar and Sports Officer II, with two and ten
positions respectively.
In the department of roads, there are 42 opportunities for Mechanical
Engineer II (Mechanical &
Transport) with seven positions, Lecturer II (KIHBT) 14
positions, Instructor III (KIHBT) 15 positions, three Registered Nurses, and
three Library Assistant III.
In the advertised opportunities, there are 180 promotional
opportunities in various departments, which include the Department of Economic
Planning, which requires 12 Directors, Planning, 41 Chief Economists/Statisticians,
and 96 Principal Economists/Statisticians.
The sports department has six positions for Director, Sports,
and Deputy Director, Sports, with two and four positions respectively.
The Department of Livestock Development has 20 opportunities
with five positions for Principal, seven positions for Deputy Director,
Laboratory Services, three positions for Senior Principal Laboratory Technologist,

The PSC has, however, cautioned applicants to be informed of
fraudsters, noting that it does not charge any fee for the application.

does not charge any fee for job applications, shortlisting, interviews or appointments,”.
