The National Youth Service on Thursday, May 29, 2025, hosted Public Service and Human Capital Development Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku for his first official visit to the institution’s headquarters, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s ongoing transformation agenda.

Commandant General James K. Tembur, MBS, expressed heartfelt appreciation to outgoing chair Lt. Gen. Mwaniki for his exemplary leadership and dedication to the NYS mission.
