
The body of Nyevu Katana Mae was found lying in a pool of blood and with multiple severe head injuries, suspected to have been caused by a sharp object.
The motive of the act was not yet established, police said of the May 14 incident.
The man is believed to have been killed at the scene where the body was found, police said as they moved it to the mortuary pending autopsy and other investigations.

in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County, a woman was found murdered in Cheplelo
Village, police said.
Police officers visited the scene and found the lifeless body of Linah Chemjor, 57, lying with head injuries and an amputated left wrist, suspected to have been caused by a sharp object.
The body was removed to the Eldama Ravine Sub County hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination.
A suspect was arrested for questioning over the murder.
Police said they recovered blue-blood-stained jeans and sandals from the suspect's house and kept them as evidence.
In
Nakuru’s Sirikwa area, a man was stabbed and killed in an argument outside a
bar.
An assailant drew a sword and stabbed Collins Kibet in the chest, killing him.
The assailant escaped the scene after the May 15 incident.
Police officers visited the scene and found the lifeless body of Kibet, 21, with a deep cut on his left upper chest and in a pool of blood.
The body was moved to Molo Level Five Sub-County Hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination.
Detectives said they are investigating the murder, and efforts to arrest the suspect, who is known, are ongoing.
Murder
cases are on the rise amid efforts by authorities to solve them. Police say up
to eight murder cases are reported daily, which they deem alarming.
Some
of the incidents are linked to land disputes in various places. Others are linked to love triangle, police say.
