Ashton Mombasa Apparel has announced training programmes and a series of team-building activities for its staff in 2025.

Ashton Mombasa Apparel further promised to create opportunities for the personal development of its staff.

“The company has also introduced new policies and incentive schemes aimed at ensuring mutual progress for both employees and the organisation. With these initiatives in place, Ashton is looking ahead to 2025 with optimism, confidence and excitement,” Abizer Lokhandwala, the Group General Manager said on Monday.

The firm noted that the past year has been one of learning, growth, and perseverance.

“As we approach the end of 2024, we reflect not only on the achievements but also on the challenges that have tested our resolve,” Beatrice Anyango Otieno- factory HR manager said.

The company said it is focused on creating a workplace that values collaboration, personal growth, and mutual respect.

"We have worked hard to ensure that our employees have the tools, training, and opportunities to thrive. Through engaging team-building activities and impactful training programmes, we have seen how investing in people not only strengthens individual growth but also drives the collective success of the company,” Stephen Muriithi Njeru, senior group HR manager.

The company noted that over the past year, the company has conducted numerous training programmes aimed at building confidence, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.

It said the sessions have empowered employees to make strides in their careers while improving their quality of life.

 “The training sessions were about more than just work. They taught me how to set goals and balance personal and professional growth, which has made a huge difference in my life,” a staff said.
