Factional wars have intensified in the United Democratic Alliance party ahead of all-important constituency elections.

Registered party members in five counties will go to the polls on May 31 to pick their officials at the constituency level.

Different leaders have weighed in on the current UDA war.

The leaders include DP Rigathi Gachagua, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, UDA secretary general Cleophas Malala, Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga and Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamuchomba.
