The body of former Treasury official Tom Fred Mokaya Osinde who went missing on June 17 was discovered at River Kuja
Police are holding two workers.
They were Osinde's workers at his Ngata home in Nakuru.
A family member identified the body on June 28 according to Migori Commander Peter Kimani.
