President William Ruto on Monday rewarded IEBC outgoing IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati and Commissioners Molu Boya and Abdi Guliye.
The awards that came with the Jamhuri Day celebrations saw Chebukati awarded the Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart (EGH).
Commissioners Molu and Guliye were awarded Elder of the Order of the Burning Spear (EBS).
Chebukati, Guliye and Molu's terms end in January 2023.
The two commissioners backed the results announced by Chebukati following the August 9 presidential election, which declared Ruto president.
Four other commissioners led by vice chairperson Juliana Cherera disowned the results. Three have since resigned.
They include Justus Nyangaya, Irene Masit and Francis Wanderi.
