Chief Justice Martha Koome on Monda held talks with Upper Tribunal Judge at the Asylum and Immigration Chamber of the UK Justice Judith Gleeson.
British Deputy High commissioner Josephine Gauld British was also present at the meeting.
The meeting aimed at supporting the Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ) vision that Koome launched on September 2021.
STAJ is a blueprint visioned to create an inspired team of judges, judicial officers and judiciary staff who make getting the balance of work and life, an important area of attention.
The CJ said her discussion with the UK delegation focused on a variety of topics among them balancing work and life, enhancing teamwork, cultivating approachability at the workplace and building mentoring structures at the Judiciary.
The team was to enable the Judiciary to standardise their values, systems and operational manuals, especially in methods that manage courts and registries to support reporting, learning and performance.
