UDA presidential candidate William Ruto has won the majority votes in Kiharu, Muranga county.

Ruto garnered 66,939 votes against his Azimio counterpart Raila Odinga who got 13,114.

Roots leader George Wajackoyah got 383 votes while David Mwaure of the Agano party managed 283 votes.

The number of registered voters was 119,465.

There were 80,719 valid votes in the Kiharu constituency and 433 rejected votes.

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) must verify Forms 34Bs from 290 constituencies and the diaspora before declaring the winner.
