Ruto wins in Molo

UDA presidential candidate William Ruto has garnered majority votes in Molo constituency,  Nakuru county.

The electoral agency said the outgoing Deputy President polled 29,472 votes against Raila Odinga's 18,632 votes.

George Wajackoyah of Roots got 149.

In fourth place was Agano leader Waihiga Mwaure with 132 votes.

The number of registered voters was 77,027.

The valid votes cast was 48,385 while the rejected ballots were 720. 

So far the number of verified presidential results stands at over 209 out of 291 constituencies.
