Raila tops in Muhoroni constituency

Chebukati said there were 79,859 registered voters in the constituency.

•Raila garnered 56,714 votes while UDA presidential candidate William Ruto got 2025 votes.

Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga has won in the Muhoroni constituency, Kisumu county.

In the results announced by the IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati on Saturday, Raila garnered 56,714 votes while UDA presidential candidate William Ruto got 2025 votes.

Roots Party flag-bearer George Wajackoyah had 77 votes while David Waihiga of the Agano Party bagged 34 votes.

Chebukati said there were 79,859 registered voters in the constituency.

The total valid votes cast were 58,850 while 385 votes were rejected.

The polls agency will also verify diaspora votes before releasing the final tally.
