The company on Tuesday launched its ‘Beyond the Metaverse’ platform targeting the untapped market composed mainly of the techno-savvy young generation.

Speaking during the soft launch of the integrated digital rate card at Capital Club, Westlands, Radio Africa General Manager Martin Khafafa said the reason the company dominates is because "it has the best talent."

Radio Africa Group has intergraded all its media platforms, from radio, TV and newspaper in a bid to tap into the online market.

Khafafa said the company has 31.3 million listeners every month, according to an October 2021 GeoPoll survey.

Radio Jambo had 9.6 million listeners every month, Kiss (8.7 million), Classic105 (8.9 million), Homeboyz Radio (3.2 million), Gukena (908,645), and Smooth FM (565, 333).

He said radio had 36 million listeners per month, digital (16.8 million), web readers (6.3 million), Kiss (8.8 million), and one million newspaper readers.

Khafafa said the company will completely integrate its online and radio platforms digitally.

“We will continue to dominate in radio as we grow our other platforms,” he said.

The acting CEO cited the successful Toyota, Safaricom and other campaigns that had previously been done on the company’s platforms, in with the case study showing integration works.

Khafafa said the company will offer personalities, radio stations, websites, social media, television, print and production and events that are all integrated.

"They will all be good for digital, video, live tweets, streams and much more," he said.

Khafafa said with the integration of all platforms, exponential growth is expected.
