Uhuru using Kinoti to fight Ruto - DP's allies

Nandi Governor Stephen Sang has accused President Kenyatta of scheming with ODM leader Raila Odinga to cause political animosity against the Kalenjins.

Sang accused Uhuru of appointing his 'errand boy' George Kinoti as DCI with specific orders to harass the Kalenjin community.

"We will not allow you to use Kinoti and the DPP to fight political battles and we fear you are taking this country to the dogs," Sang said.

Sang said they were surprised that Uhuru was calling Odinga as his brother yet the ODM leader had committed a treasonable act by swearing himself as the people's president after the last elections.

The governor said the President should stop bastardising projects in Rift Valley and harassing civil servants from the Kalenjin community.

He said Odinga's supporters were busy bragging that the country had two presidents in Uhuru and Odinga.

Sang and Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi said the Kalenjin community had supported Uhuru more than any other tribe including in 2002 when Kikuyus did not vote for him.

They were speaking during a funeral at Ziwa in Uasin Gishu.

"If you want another position in 2022 you talk to us. You don't have to kill all of us in the name of fighting corruption," Sang said.

Sudi said Uhuru and Odinga cannot stand the test of integrity because they too had engaged in corruption.

Sudi said Uhuru and Odinga should stop branding other leaders as corrupt yet they too are known to be corrupt.

He says the President's order for a lifestyle audit of leaders should be enforced starting with those in power.

GREATEST THIEVES

"We will tell Kenyans the truth about your big companies and all that we know. You can not be branding others as thieves yet we know you are the greatest thieves," Sudi said.

Sudi said if DCI boss George Kinoti was doing genuine work he would have already caught up with those in power.

"Unfortunately Kinoti is a witch doctor like the others and he is not doing genuine work", Sudi said.

He said Kenyans must know that they are being led by conmen.

Sudi said the country was bleeding with poverty and time had come for the rich families who had held the country hostage to pave way for others.

"We will not accept that you make Kenyans poorer so that you can hang on to power. It's time for you the rich to go," the MP said.

He accused the President of denying farmers subsidised fertiliser to make them poorer.

Sudi is blaming Odinga of misleading President Kenyatta to abandon DP William Ruto and the Kalenjin community.

Sudi says Uhuru should come out and tell Kalenjins what mistake they did after voting for him in the last elections.

He said Odinga was a witch doctor and had given the President dose of witchcraft to confuse him.

He said Jubilee had faced serious problems since Odinga made the handshake with the President.

He said if the President had differed with Ruto he should not target the Kalenjin community for revenge.
