Chopper crash: Captain Apollo Malowa's body retrieved from Lake Nakuru

The body of Captain Apollo Malowa who was flying the chopper which crashed in Lake Nakuru was recovered on Monday.This was the second body out of the five that drowned after the plane crashed in the water after take off from Jarika lodge.This came after that of Antony Kipyegon which was recovered at around 12.

The body of Captain Apollo Malowa who was flying the chopper which crashed in Lake Nakuru was recovered on Monday.

This was the second body out of the five that drowned after the plane crashed in the water after take off from Jarika lodge.

This came after that of Antony Kipyegon which was recovered at around 12.30 pm as the search entered the third day.

Malowa's remains were retrieved from the water at around 6pm on the eastern side of the lake.

The body was taken to Umash Funeral Home even as the divers are yet to get three more.

These are those of Sam Gitau, John Mapozi and

Veronica Muthoni.
