A stalled fly-over bridge in Kangemi has become a concern for residents whose lives are now at risk whenever they cross over it.
Pedestrians, especially school-going children have been forced to use the stalled bridge to cross over the busy Waiyaki Way putting their lives in danger.
The Star observed that despite barriers and open metals stationed at the bridge, locals have continued to ply the route.
On Tuesday, a man was left nursing serious injuries after he slid and fell off the bridge.
Residents who were present helped him by calling an ambulance to seek further treatment.
