Minutes past 2 pm, President William Ruto arrived at Parliament buildings ready to deliver his State of the National address.

He was accompanied by First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto.

Ready to receive him was his Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Speakers of the National Assembly and Senate, House leaders from both houses and other officials.

The President will address a joint Parliamentary sitting of both the National Assembly and the Senate on Thursday afternoon.
