Mudavadi graces President Mnangagwa's inauguration in Zimbabwe

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi represented Kenya at the swearing-in ceremony of Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

He took the oath of office on Monday, September 4, 2023, at the National Sports Stadium in Zimbabwe.

Mudavadi said that Kenya stands with Zimbabwe as they embark on a new chapter of progress and prosperity.

Mudavadi attended the event on behalf of President Wiliam Ruto.

"Wishing President Mnangagwa success in his second term as he strives to uplift the nation," he said.

"We reaffirm our commitment to strengthening regional and continental partnerships and supporting stability and progress in Africa."
