The beginning of the week saw Kenyans from Nyando and Mombasa lose their properties following heavy rains that led to flooding.

As others battle floods, followers of Pastor Ezekiel Odero pitched a tent at Shanzu law courts in support of him.
Ezekiel is being accused of crimes against humanity, and money laundering among other allegations.
On the same day, Azimio protestors took to the streets for the weekly demos, some carried sufurias and plates with them.
Protestors came out in Kisumu, Nairobi and Vihiga for the demos.
Azimio MPs who went to the office of the President to deliver their petition were teargassed and forced to go back with their petition.
