President William Ruto has arrived at Kitui Central primary school for a thanksgiving service.
The head of state was accompanied by deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
Upon arrival, they were received by Kitui Governor Julius Malombe, CS nominees Peninah Malonza (Tourism), Alfred Mutua (Foreign affairs) and UDA party chairman Johnson Muthama.
Other elected leaders and those allied to the president are also present.
