President William Ruto on Tuesday afternoon took his first lap of honour around Kasarani after being sworn in.

After giving his presidential speech, Ruto stepped down from the VVIP dias and climbed on the ceremonial land rover.

The car then went around the stadium as President Ruto waved to the cheerful crowd who were waving back at him.
