The organisers of the Azimio la Umoja convention that will take place at the Moi International Stadium, Kasarani, on Friday are putting final touches in preparations for the D-day.
Orange party MPs and members toured the stadium on Tuesday to inspect the ongoing preparations.
Suna East MP Junet Mohamed, who is also the Director of Elections for the party said that the party leader will be speaking about the issues that he has been handed over across the country by Kenyans.
"It is an international meeting, not a small meeting…this is the first time we are having a national discourse on election before someone declares his candidature. And this is the time he will respond to people,” Junet said.

Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati said the stadium will be filled to capacity as members of ODM across the country look forward to hear what the party leader Raila will say.
Arati also urged ODM supporters attending the event to follow Covid-19 protocols by wearing their masks.
Nominated MP Maina Kamanda, who has been drumming up support for Raila, was also at the stadium.
