
The man had been
abandoned on the Magwagwa-Nyamusi road on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, after his
murder elsewhere, police said adding he was identified as Moses Nyamoyo.
He was rushed to a
hospital, where he was confirmed dead.
The motive of the killing was not established, police said as they moved the body to the mortuary.
Meanwhile a suspect was arrested over the murder of his wife in the Itonge area, Nyamira County.
The suspect was arrested in Narok Town following the killing of one Nancy Monyangi, 42, in the village last week.
Police said the suspect
was brought to Nyamira pending arraignment for murder.
In Nairobi’s Dandora area, detectives are investigating the killing of a Sudanese man whose body was found in his house.
He was identified as Matedio Lobalu Lokaye. He had been staying with a Somali man who said he found him unresponsive on Tuesday evening.
The roommate said he was concerned the deceased had not woken up as usual and went to check on him only to find him unresponsive with serious injuries on the back of his head.
The body lay on the floor in a pool of blood, police said.
The roommate was detained for interrogation as a person of interest, police added as they moved the body to the mortuary pending an autopsy.
The motive of the murder was not established. Elsewhere in Chesikaki, Bungoma County, one Emmanuel Siyoi, 41, was found dead in his house.
Police suspect he was clobbered elsewhere and the body dumped at his doorstep on Tuesday.
The body had multiple injuries in the forehead and both hands and are suspected to have been inflicted by sharp objects.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending an autopsy. The Western regional police commander, Issa Mohamud, said they are investigating the murder. He added a team of detectives was pursuing the motive and killers of the man.
Elsewhere in Mbuyuni, Rabai, Kilifi County, a man was found dead and his body was abandoned on the roadside.
The body was found in a pool of blood after the murder, police said adding the assailant used a blunt object in the mission. The motive was not established.

The deceased was
identified as Tuva Kahindi Makanga.
It is not clear why he
was targeted and killed. Police said he was on off duty at the time of his
murder.
In Juja, Kiambu County, a man was stoned to death in a failed robbery incident.
The man was rushed to a local hospital, where he succumbed while being attended to.
Police said the body was moved to the mortuary pending identification and autopsy.
