President William Ruto to officially open the African Development Bank (AfDB) annual meeting currently ongoing in Nairobi.
The annual general meeting of the continental bank being held at the KICC started May 27 and is set to end Friday.
Ruto will later join other heads of state in a high-level presidential dialogue to discuss the slow pace of transformation in Africa, identifying the key challenges and opportunities.
This year's theme is “Africa’s Transformation: the African Development Bank, and the Reform of the Global Financial Architecture".

Education CS Ezekiel Machogu will today preside over a breakfast meeting on preparations to celebrate 100 years since the introduction of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Kenya.
