Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga dominated in his political backyard, Gem Constituency in Siaya county.
IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati announced on Friday.
Raila garnered 63,428 votes while UDA presidential candidate William Ruto got 702 votes.
David Waihiga of the Agano Party got 41 votes while Roots Party flag-bearer George Wajackoyah had 143 votes.
The IEBC chairman said there were 93,568 registered voters in the constituency.
The total valid votes cast were 64,314 while 335 votes were rejected.
About 40 constituencies' results have been verified so far out of the 290 constituency results.
IEBC will also verify diaspora votes before releasing the final tally.
