The Kenya Judges and Magistrate Association on Sunday raised concerns over the rising cases of insecurity facing its members.
This comes after a court clerk was killed in Migori alongside a rider who was taking her home.
Phoebe Auma was killed by a gunman who is still at large.
Speaking to the press at a Nairobi hotel, KMJA President Derrick Kuto said there is a need to meet President William Ruto over the matter.
"We have raised this with various authorities and nothing has been done and we shall soon be seeking an audience with the President," he added.
Kuto said the Migori attack would be replicated countrywide if stern action is not taken.
"This tragic incident comes at a time when the security for Magistrates, Kadhis, and Judicial staff is alarming, we have talked about this for a long time," said Kuto.
Kuto said several magistrates have been attacked, their houses broken into and their items stolen.
"A magistrate resigned in the past over insecurity. In another case, member's family members were attacked and killed," he said.
He further noted that the cases have sparked fears among them hence they cannot discharge their duties freely.
Kuto said that the security of magistrates is pathetic and also alarming.
"If the security of our members is not guaranteed, also the security of the public is not guaranteed," he added.
The KMJA President further called out the SRC for declining to review the salaries of its members saying the same needs more attention.
